One of the most underrated Savannah wedding venues in my opinion is Soho South Cafe. I got the pleasure of being invited to a styled shoot for a geometric themed wedding at Soho South Cafe, and I just couldn’t wait to share it with you girls, especially those recently engaged brides looking for wedding inspiration.
But before we get into the details and vendors involved I wanted to tell you a little about Soho South Cafe.
Originally the building was an automotive station, which explains the giant garage door in the back of the restaurant. Today it serves as a restaurant, weekday lunch spot, popular Sunday brunch spot, and a Savannah wedding venue by night. It is located right in the historic Savannah district. But my favorite thing about the restaurant and venue by far is the little bit of iconic New York City flair right in the South.
So why should you have your wedding at Soho South Cafe? Well that is easily answered, if you are a foodie you just can’t go wrong. They offer in house catering, staff and a private bar for your guests to enjoy throughout the night. It also offers an amazing option for a reception if you are thinking about having your ceremony in a historic Savannah square.
During the styled shoot, we transformed Soho South Cafe into a venue with geometric and modern flair. Greenery was the main accessory, along with purple stones and geometrical objects with a gold accent color.
