As Savannah engagement photographers who photograph couples downtown quite often, this engagement session was one of our favorites. We have come to really cherish creating memories for our friends, and Ashley and Anthony are some of those friends that are trusting us to capture their wedding day.
Although they chose not to have their proposal captured we still go to be a part of it in some way and we just had to share it.
Anthony planned a triple date night with another couple from our community group. We all went to a Madera Wine night at the Davenport Museum (and if you haven’t gone we couldn’t recommend it more). At the very end of the night Anthony had led Ashley out to their courtyard, where he had set up a few props including a handwritten letter from him and planned to propose.
After the proposal they came back to Anthony’s house where the four of us, additional friends and both of their families were to surprise Ashley for an engagement party.
We loved continuing to celebrate their engagement as their Savannah engagement photographers capturing part of their story at some of their favorite spots downtown.
We can’t wait to capture their wedding in the mountains this November.
