One of my favorite places to photograph an engagement session used to be Wormsloe Plantation. There is just something about the trees that I just love, in fact Randy and I had our own engagement pictures taken there. That was until I did a styled shoot at Bonaventure Cemetery and I feel in love all over again.
Bryahna and Jonathan loved the look of Wormsloe Plantation too so we knew they would love Bonaventure Cemetery as well. The ability to capture the oak trees, marsh and marina in just one location is just something that can’t be beat, especially for this couples first time visiting Savannah.
Bryahna and Jonathan are both currently enrolled, and about to graduate from medical school. They both are from completely different parts of the country, Bryahna from Wisconsin and Jonathan from California. They both met while attending the same university and chasing after their dreams of being a family physician.
It is so cool to learn how couples meet, and how it just seems like fate brought them together. Getting to be a part of their journey is something I will never take for granted.
Georgia may just be one stop on their journey, they got engaged while living in Georgia and plan to get married here just before they head out to the next stop of their journey on their way to become physicians.
We loved capturing photos and a short video of them just being that cute candid couple. Watching the way they looked at each other is something I enjoy so much about engagement sessions.
