Asheville Engagement Session | Ashley & Anthony

We were on our way out to Max Patch when we took a look at the GPS and realized there was some major traffic on the way. If you know anything about photography it is all about the lighting. With an extra hour to get there with traffic it would be cutting us so close to being able to take our time for this session.

Instagram to the rescue! I did a quick search on Instagram to see if there were any other cool spots near Pisgah in Brevard where we were leaving and I found Black Balsam Knob. It was gorgeous and only 45 minutes away.

This session couldn’t have turned out more beautiful. And you guys the sunset at the end of this session was just one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The fog came rolling in and covered the sun causing this mysterious red and orange cloudy sky.

Sometimes the last minute decisions are the absolute best!
